Since than pigment Beta Blue has seen tremendous evolution pioneered by ICI, BASF, DuPont etc. Copper Phthalocyanine provides almost all Blue organic pigment being used today. It is very near perfect molecule like natural red pigment of Haemoglobin & natural green pigment of Chlorophyl.
